• Reservations or bookings can be made via WhatsApp or the Booking Form.
• Payment is due upon arrival at the location or to our driver with cash. If paying with a debit or credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply to the total payment.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one day prior to the client’s pick-up.
• No-shows or cancellations on the booking date will incur a charge of 100% of the total payment.
